As OIF’s Legal Counsel, I manage all legal aspects of OIF’s investments, funds and internal operations. I work closely with our team and our founders on deals and ongoing portfolio management, as well as looking after the compliance and risk aspects of the OIF Ventures group. Before joining OIF, I advised startups and VC’s on capital raising, business structuring and employee share schemes as a Practice Leader in LegalVision’s corporate transactions team.
